By signing, the Owner agrees to the following terms: Grant of Rights: The Owner grants the Organization a nonexclusive right to use the publication’s name and content for creating and distributing audio editions. Ownership and Copyright: The Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in the copyrighted materials. Use of Name: The Organization may use the publication’s name in promotional materials related to the audio editions. Termination: The Agreement may be terminated by either party if the other fails to fulfill its obligations within 60 days after receiving a written notice. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Colorado. Please confirm the following I confirm that the Owner grants the Organization a nonexclusive right to use the publication’s name and content for the purpose of creating and distributing audio editions, retaining full copyright ownership. This section outlines the terms under which The Audio Information Network of Colorado dba Aftersight (“Organization”) is granted permissions related to the rebroadcast and use of already produced podcast content by the signing party (“Owner”). Rebroadcasting: The Owner grants the Organization the right to rebroadcast the existing podcast audio content. Artwork and Name Usage: The Owner permits the Organization to use the podcast’s artwork and name in connection with the distribution, promotion, and rebroadcasting of the audio content.
