Quick tips:

  • Check for announcements on the Volunteer Portal and your email for notices of downtime.
  • A simple reboot of your device will solve many problems. (Make sure you save first!)
  • Give yourself plenty of time to record and submit before your first airtime.
  • Use Aftersight approved recording software (Audacity)
  • Make sure your browsers, software, and computer are on the newest software updates.
