Aftersight; a beacon for individuals who are blind or have low vision, is on the lookout for passionate and engaging co-hosts for our lineup of Aftersight Original podcasts. If you have a voice that understands and heals, and if you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference, we invite you to apply.

Requirements

  • 1-2 hours weekly commitment (Can be virtual, or in our Boulder, CO Studios)
  • Commitment to at least 1 year of service
  • A 5-minute audio demo relevant to the podcast theme.
  • Passing a live session test to demonstrate your co-hosting capabilities.

About the Podcast: Game Changers is a brand new weekly dive into the world of adaptive sports. It will cover lesser-known sports like goalball and beep baseball. We aim to fill the gaps in media coverage and support for athletes who are blind, and discuss everything from local events to global sports phenomena.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is either an athlete or actively involved in the sports community.
  • Can share insights from personal experience—being blind, having low vision, or closely supporting the B/LV community.
  • Has a vibrant on-stage presence, with the ability to engage and entertain listeners.

Blind Level Tech: Adaptive Technology Podcast Co-Host

About the Podcast: Blind Level Tech is an established podcast dedicated to technology for those who are blind or have low vision. From smartphones and software to household gadgets, we demystify tech, sprinkling in tech humor along the way. Our goal is to make tech accessible, understandable, and enjoyable for everyone.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has an interest in technology, especially as it relates to accessibility and the blind community.
  • Can blend technical knowledge with humor to create engaging and informative content.
  • Is eager to explore new tech developments and share insights with our audience.
